We at Meir Panim continue to take care of all the needy, Holocaust survivors and youth in their daily dealings with the difficult situation in the country and after the period of fighting. Feel free to be impressed by a few more examples from our range of activities and those of our volunteers yourself!
Happening in Sderot
After a period of fighting, the desire arose in the youth of our center to do for the community. So we held a respite day for the neighborhood families (and the city in general), the boys ran the whole happening by distributing surprises and snacks donated from all over the country to the children of Sderot, cold drinks, cotton candy, and delicious popcorn. Our boys and girls were happy that they were able to put smiles on a lot of kids, thanks to them, and donate to hungry children in Israel! There was music and a fun atmosphere and a diverse creative corner for the children… a resilience that is all Sderot youth!

A new project at Nir Am Club
A new project for girls at the Nir Am Club in Sderot, launched after hard work and all over IDF soldiers! Our new program is for girls who are interested and want to learn more about the world of design and sewing, with the help of a professional instructor they will learn how to use and operate a sewing machine, and with the tools, they purchase they can as a group receives free requests from soldiers in need of uniforms and uniforms fixing. In addition, the girls will eventually be able to expand the project to many different areas such as sewing baby clothes for needy families and more. Success brings with it more and more girls who want to join and we are preparing to accept all the girls.

Young Chefs Workshop
The Young Chefs Workshop focuses on its 12th week on pastries and desserts. The boys and girls enjoyed and it was especially delicious.
