We at Meir Panim continue to take care of all the needy, Holocaust survivors and youth in their daily dealings and holidays. Feel free to be impressed by a few more examples from our range of activities and our own volunteers!
Ben Gurion branch
The boys of the Ben Gurion Youth Center went to the soldiers’ post in the south as part of a collaboration with a significant field of service in the youth unit and handed them a gift that they packed together at the center in recognition of the soldiers for their significant service in the country! The boys learned from the soldiers at the post about combat service at the border, one of the boys shared “I hope and want to reach such a significant service in the army, to be close to home and to protect my country” The soldiers got excited and thanked the boys who came!

Distribution in Sderot
Today we packed up with the boys cold water bottles and a sweet gift for the isolated elderly in the city and went out to distribute around Sderot according to a list we received. A girl’s grandmother in the center was found verified at the time of the distribution, we immediately added her to the list and went out to distribute a gift to her house as well. The grandmother was happy and excited to watch from a distance the group of boys in the division and congratulated them on continuing to work for the city and the community

Prepare dinner together
As part of a Tu B’Shvat celebration in our youth center, we prepared a delicious dinner with the boys. The boys’ encounter with the kitchen created a friendly closeness and an opportunity for a common conversation while preparing for the meal …. The holiday was especially happy and the boys learned to develop new skills! Was delicious and happy
