Even in our eagerness to help those in need, we never forget the basic values of human dignity. Keeping them at the forefront of our concerns, we create various projects that provide the necessary assistance and support without the accompanying feelings of discomfortor shame.

Meir Panim’sshopping cards are a unique and innovative initiative, enabling struggling families to shop at local retail chains using prepaid shopping cards supplied to them by Meir Panim. In this way, we ensure these destitute individuals’ food security and provide them with an opportunity to select their own preferred food products in dignity and self-respect, at the same time ensuring that only essential food items are purchased, as the cards cannot be used for purchase of cigarettes or alcohol.
